Just watching the film on TV with Kevin Costner. Incredibly, it seems that the fact is even more amazing than the fiction (a bit long but an interesting read)

So much stuff I though I knew but didn' really. What a courageous guy! Wow.
Elliot ness did good at first, but he arguably more corrupt than al capone, and al capone quickly caught on to his raids and more than once elliot stormed a seaside warehouse only to find it empty. I'd say elliot was out to get fame and glory for himself more than fighting organized crime. In the end capone definitley won over mr. ness and his so-called 'untouchables'
Simon, I love that site. I have it in my favorites and have read most of the stories written on it.
