I want to see if there are any x-jw's who are now sgi-usa members here and how you got to where you are now. I think it would help me not to feel alone here.

SGI-USA is a Buddhist organization that promotes world peace based on each individual's right to become happy. It is an organization that practices the chanting of NAM MYO-HO REN-GE KYO. To give a short translation it means "I DEVOTE myself to the UNIVERSAL LAW of CAUSE & EFFECT through SOUND OR VIBRATION. No, we DO NOT employ statues of the Buddha but rather a scroll which is a document that states that every individual has a RIGHT to be happy and NO ONE can take that from you.
