aw.... too bad. the article states:
"By a vote of 8 to 1, the court reasoned that the First Amendment right to free speech includes the entitlement to take a message or idea directly to someone's door, and that the right cannot be limited by a requirement to register by name ahead of time."
what if someone's home sick, or with cancer, or has been up all night nursing a sick baby, or works nights and sleeps during the day, or has a heart condition and if they come to their house one..more..time... (so much for consideration for one's neighbors.)

Any one else think that the residents of Stratton will warmly thank the dubs for giving the crooks and theives a green light to return to their community?
I don't think I would like to be a dub going door to door in Stratton any time soon.
