The above is a quote from the UK Data Protection Act, which I suspect complies with EU directives. Whatever, I suspect that it is common ground that criminal behaviour is exempted from Data Protection...both sides of the pond.
So WTS feel good about protecting child rapists and the like? I do hope that their retention of such information brings about some sort of legal process to access the information and apply sanctions to the WTS. Removal of charitable status might have them crying in their beer.

I hope something comes of this. Dubs will of course say its 'persecution' and it was all foretold! I don't recall reading in my studies during my 20 years with the Borg that it was foretold that the WTS would shelter upwards of 20,000+ criminals...
