Last nights paper had an article about the 9th Circuit Court upholding the lower court's dismissal of a claim brought by a disgrundled JW who quit the police acadamy because he was sure he wouldn't get through it due to his refusal to pledge allegience to the flag and uphold the US constitution. Essentially the lower court threw it out because of lack of merit and the Circuit Court agreed. Poor boy can't get that cushy job with a uniform and thumb his nose at America at the same time.
well, why would he want to be a cop anyway? he'd have to use deadly force eventually, and they pride themselves on not going to wars because they don't believe in killing anyone. not to mention mingling with the most undesirable "riff-raff" like prostitutes, gangstas, etc. on a regular basis.

anyway i'd dismiss it too. people like them don't want to adapt - they want the world to conform to them and their petty idiosyncrasies . pussies.
