It is very important that we obtain a non-streaming (i.e. so it is stored on your local server and you do not need you to be online in order to view it) version of the programme. My attempts to obtain it have so far been unsuccessful: the BBC have taken active steps to prevent "file-grabbing".
I fear that the BBC, for reasons of server space, bandwidth or broadcast economics (they will be selling it to other BBC divisions and other broadcast companies) may take the clip down after some weeks or months. And a very, very valuable resource in fighting the Filthy Whore will then be lost.
Please, if anyone has any ideas...

Why don't you just send an email to them asking for a copy of the streaming media clip and explain it's purpose..

You need to download "streambox vcr" Find it at www.afterdawn.com
Wonderful program that will put the streaming data in a file for you. Don't forget to download the mini manual too.

I am informed that full, NON-STREAMING, reasonable quality copies of both BBC broadcasts are now in the possession of "Prominent Bethelite". Their file-sizes are:
PANORAMA BROADCAST: 13,647,872 bytes
FORUM DISCUSSION: 7,749,632 bytes
I am researching the copyright issues involved. At least, they are NOT lost once the next Panorama programme pushes them off the BBC website.--
