The Original title is "Cruel and Unusual"

Well this year it seems they have a lot of tower themes in movies. But I some how doubt that this is what the WTS meant by towers.

The movie is about 3 Bethelites that reside during the Cold War at Bethel, when the GB went Commie and everyone who lived there was not permitted out. These three come to realize that Ray Franz was not a threat nor an Apostate, and they build a balloon in secret and escape out the window one night and float right across the East River to the UN Building, and to Freedom.
