With the comments added in there with the psycologist, they make it seem like it's an absolutely last resort. There is no mention about those that have been DFed that want to remove themselves from the org but still have contact with individuals or family.

Wake up, plum!!
The only reason the WTBS goes after fornicators and adulters etc. is to use them for cover. They need disfellowshiping to keep the rank and file in line and to silence the "apostates." It is about CONTROL and not about "keeping the organization clean." The WTBS is being reserved for a full measure of Jehovah's wrath!! The bastards!
