I have a question. Happy Man. It amazes me to see that you have read and understood a piece of work as complicated as this.

You referred to it as "very interesting". Can you point out the interesting parts, since you so profoundly have problems with your spelling and yet read English very well. To me that makes no sense.

Maybe you could elaborate? To understand this piece of work you referred to, you have to have at least a certain amount of understanding of the English language, but that does not reflect in your spelling.

Ofcourse you can just copy and paste without understanding anything. Is that the case here?

    This makes me curious............Andy

Looks like the inerrantists have taken one on the chin, doesn't it? And that should be no surprise. Look at all the hairpin turns, flip-flops, tortured logic and outright evasions necessary to force the bible to comport with the inerrancy argument.

The bible once again is proven to be nothing more than the secular history of a semitic tribe all tricked out as the story of God and his "chosen people."

    Biblical inerrancy will never stand.

I went to the page you referred to and put in a search on the word "me". Happy Man, you must have read the word at least 19 times, if you read the work.

    Yet in your post

Well here's my respons . Have fun in whatever you're doing.

    Avengers,

Don't you know? Happy Man is simply slang for Comedian.

Whatever the true identity of "Happy Man", he has posted an article that is helpful to all objective "seekers" . The inerrancy doctrine is the root of much bloodshed and suffering. It is only a matter of time before its subscribers must face a personal religious crises and rebuild their "world view" on firmer ground.

Thanks for sharing this, happy man. I am sure inerrantists (like JWs) will find the facts Till presented very uncomfortable. The truth about the origin of the Bible is way more complicated than inerrantists like to admit.

Avengers, since you are so masterful in foreign languages, why not respond to Happy Man in Swedish, his own language?

Don't be discouraged, happy man. I have noticed your English writing has improved quite a bit since you joined this board. The only way to learn is through practice.

Good to see you back Happy Man. I read the article and find it very interesting. Last quarter I had a "discussion" with a christian fundamentalist about the accuracy of the Bible and much less the uniqueness of it as well. He was just like a JW insisting that everything written that he didn't agree with must be a lie. I eventually broke him down to the old "You've got to have faith" standby. I told him there was nothing wrong with having faith but if you're going to try and convince people that they are wrong and you are right you'd better come with more to the table than you've got to have faith. I see faith as something personal and of no good in trying to win an argument.
