I was just thinking about all of the cost cutting the bOrg is doing and it struck me... Many of the poorer countries only get one WT and AW per month. Perhaps the US and other major countries will also start getting only one issue per month. Doing that will cut a MAJOR expense.
Any thoughts?

I could probably give you an idea where some of the societies money is going.
I have an aunt and uncle who are missionaries. They were recently assigned to a new area. They now live in a beautiful condominium and were given a brand new car. All of their basic expenses such as medical insurance, car insurance and food costs are paid for by the society. They also get a monthly cash allowence not to mention all the money they receive from friends and family.

I've got a better idea. Why don't they put something in their magazines that is actually worth reading? Maybe more people would be willing to buy them then. I know, I know. That's asking too much from God's channeled chosen (sic).
