  God Appointed Channel

  Bear in Mind that our heavenly Father has an appointed channel of communication. the faithful and discreet slave. That slave has the responsibility to determine what information is made available to the household of faith, as well as the proper time for it to be dispensed. This spiritual food is available ONLY through theocratic organization. We shouldalways look to Gods channel for reliable information, not a network of Internet users.- Matt. 24:45

  Matthew 24:45-47

  45 Who really is the faithful and discreet slave whom his master appointed over his domestics, to give them their food at the proper time? 46 Happy is that slave if his master on arriving finds him doing so. 47 Truly I say to YOU, He will appoint him over all his belongings.

  Matthew 24:36-42

  36 Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father. 37 For just as the days of Noah were, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 38For as they were in those days before the flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark; 39 and they took no note until the flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken along and the other be abandoned; 41 two women will be grinding at the hand mill: one will be taken along and the other be abandoned. 42 Keep on the watch, therefore, because YOU do not know on what day YOUR Lord is coming.

  Does anyone else find it odd that the WBTS teach that Jesus DID RETURN and appoint them masters, but yet none of what is stated about His return in preceeding verses happened? His return ( the presence of the Son of man) was NOTHING LIKE, let alone JUST AS, the days of Noah.. Somehow, His return was invisible.

  Hey Somebody,

  Valid point. Miller only took a year or two to give up on 1834. The boys held on to Christ's return in 1874 up to 1942, that was a long 68 years.

  But it is now 88 years since 1914. We are about to set a record. I suspect they are going to have to come up with something to look forward to soon, or the decreases are going to landslide.

  My question is how can they dare make a statement as:

  We should always look to Gods channel for reliable information

  I have a lot of friends I wish I could help understand this. Sad!

  Yes, it's no good trying to match what the WBTS believe to the scriptures, the two things are mutually exclusive.

  They live in a fantasy universe entirely of their own making. Their explanations for the events relating to the 'parousia' (sp?) of Christ are subject to almost daily alterations.

  I think the Male Welsh Choir has more of a clue about interpretation of the scriptures than the Governing Body ever will.

The faithless and indiscreet slave class has the responsibility to determine what information is made available to the household of the gullible, as well as the proper time for it to be dispensed, usually after our cover has been blown. This food is available ONLY through theocratic organization, as no one else on this planet could ever come up with such bullshit. We should always look to Gods channel, CNN and Dateline for reliable information, not a bunch of droolers in diapers.- Matt. 24:45

  Hi,

  Well, I'm thinking that maybe Jesus did come, slipping in the back door of a local Kingdom Hall. Upon his secret arrival, he then realized with both shock and sadness that his great truth about love and life, was being bashed about by the borg---supposedly "his" representatives on earth now.

  He probably decided not to materialize at all, but returned to his creators with the news. Heaven only knows what he will do next.

  One might find this unbelievable, but to me it's not any more unbelievable than hearing the borg make such bold authoritarian statements of their earthly authority. That they are the only channel that god uses. P A - L E E Z E!!! If he is using them, then why is the "picture" so distorted and "out of focus"? I think we need a refund from all the years we paid for this service and got nothing but crap in return.
