Gnam said Hughes, instead of blaming the Jehovah's Witnesses, should take some responsibility as a father who introduced his daughter to the faith and taught her many of the church's beliefs.
"He was the one teaching his daughter ...."

    This just blows me away.

Gnam is an evil man trying to lay a "guilt" trip on a man who did all he could to fight the evil of the Watchtower Society. Shame on you, Gnam. If the father had known all the evil things your religious organization leaders do he would not have taught such things to his daughter. You of the Watchtower expose the children of Jehovah's Witnesses to death as well as rape by pedophiles.

Gnam, your reward was vicious and insensitive. May this father expose your false teachings to save some lives so that others do not have the anguish he has suffered. 1 Sa 14:32-4 shows Saul's men ate unBLED meat and were not condemned for it because it was an emergency situation. Read Matthew 12 on Christ and mercy over sacrifice, noting too most identical twins transfuse blood to each other through a shared placenta.

Stop the lies! You will be challenged on them.

The coverage Larry's lawsuit in the local (Edmonton, not Calgary) media here is fairly extensive compared to what came out earlier during Bethany's illness. I would consider it to be well balanced and sympathetic to Larry. There was a lovely editorial piece in the Edmonton Journal on the complexities of the situation, paying tribute to Bethany's courage.

"Jehovah's Witnesses have been very supportive to the family throughout this situation and we continue to offer comfort and help."

Rado, thanks so much for continuing to host such important stuff. Now then, this line caught my attention right off the bat. It would seem to me that they certainly have a strange notion of "family". They attack the father w/a bunch of asshole lawyers, they split the family unit, they condone the mother's taking of the child, and this is what they calling supporting family? Jesus fucking christ!!!!! So now after all is said and done, what is left? A dead child, a psychotic mother who now lives with the delusion that her child will be resurrected, and the father, who has nothing but desolation all around. Such a sad thing indeed. This is the type of thing that will really shed "new light" on yet another heartless and fanatical aspect of all things JW....

    Sincerely,

See the string up above where I have posted more articles on this and how you can join in the worldwide class action lawsuit over Watchtower policies pertaining to transfusions, disfellowshipping, child molestation etc.
