Yeah total chick flick. Juliette Binoche was her usual charming self though. And Johnny Depp was tolerable I suppose.

My bofriend and I both do not like chick flicks...but we both thought this one was delicious!!
I've never seen Chocolat is it good. I love a good chick flick.
Chocolat the movie is all right, but the book it's based on is far better; far more honest about fear, loss, and death, and the power and limitations of magic. Was obviously written by someone with a working knowledge of modern Western witchcraft. I enjoyed it much more than the movie.
