Fact - the WTS has their own Judicial Committees. Who gave them the authority to have their own trials just like a government court system?

If the the government can't mix with the chuch (in certain countries), why can it be the other way around? Then the church cannot mingling with "crime issues".

Who gave the WTS their "Detective Badges"? What Law Enforcement agency gave them their "training"?

There are many agencies that offer training classes on how to detect child abuse & help victims. What classes did the "writers" of the the WT take in order to write their magazines on abuse? Did they interview any victims for the articles? Do the writers have any kids of their own? Do the writers have psychology degrees to "help properly" victims of abuse?

Why in the H--L are they writing magazines without any credentials?

Why do they think that they are above the law?

    What are your thougths?

You have to remember that ALL private organizations in the has the right to have any internal bylaws that do not conflict with higher state and federal laws.

The courts in the WTS are legally recognized as "Ecclesiastical" courts. Because of the religious free exercise clause of the first amendment, the secular authorities have no authority over the inner workings of a religion.

In a nutshell, you could form your own religion and have your own internal bylaws and court system. Just make sure you hire some lawyers to defend your rights.
