I am seeking advice on a good book that directly targets the JW mind with the same caliber of knowledge has a Steve Hassan book.

There is another approach you can take Another book that might be helpful is Eric Hoffer's The True Believer.

Hoffer doesn't mention the WTBTS I doubt he was even aware of the JW's but he has an uncanny way of describing the Society to a tee.
