  To everyone who is going to NY for the March...

  This idea just came thru the SILENTLAMBS_MARCH yahoo group . . . .

  Get a big group to go to the David Letterman show Friday wearing the Silentlambs Teeshirts. Deliver a lamb to David Letterman.

  Here's the info of how to get tickets to the show:

  They only offer 2 tickets per caller who can verify their id. Maybe we can have a phone tag going LOL

  Stand-by Tickets
  Stand-by tickets are available on the day of the show only by calling (212) 247-6497 at 11:00am. The phones will be answered until the allocation is gone, at which time you will receive a recording.

  Only 2 tickets will be issued per caller and the recipient must have identification to match the name given when calling in. Ticketing may be subject to answering a trivia question about The Late Show.

  Another idea, if anyone has the time, is to call the producers directly and ask if one or a few could get in the show/audience, or to say Hi to Dave (with teeshirt on).

  If you have a SL bumper sticker, here's an idea of how to use it: Plaster it across the side of your suitcase! That's what I just did, and it looks GREAT!!!!

  When I went and saw David Letterman I had to order tickets 90 days in advance. When my friend went this year, he had to order his 6 months ahead of time. Not to be a bummer, but David is a hot ticket. Good luck, I hope it works out and you get tickets. Just do not get stuck in the upper deck. :(

  Heck , if you're gonna go that far...just get ONE or two people in..and have a box full of T shirts and pass em out to the crowd going in ...asking them to SUPPORT child abuse... explain while you're waiting in line to get in that you're JUST trying to get publicity for Silentlamb, and that they can either keep the shirts for free or give em back at the end of the show. In which case dave might see the HUGE crowd of people wearing allt he SAME shirts..and might point the camrea and get whoever's there to talk about what's going on and why everyone's wearing the same shirt. They don't even have to WEAR the shirt...whenever the crowd cheers...just HOLD UP the shirts..shaking em around...I think that's a better bet. Anyhow..just my two cents. ~FS
