I'm going to guess that the answer for all three of them is "NO" because they each entered the WTS long before the name "Jehovah's Witnesses" was adopted in 1931.
I think Knorr was baptised in Pa.

Actually, before 1918, if one had been baptized as a member of Christendom, they did not have to be rebaptized as a Bible Student since the religions of Christendom had not been rejected yet. I don't think Brother Russell was re-baptized.
Does anyone have any historical references to this?
