"So many gods, so many creeds, So many paths that wind and wind, while just the art of being kind Is all the sad world needs."
Interesting poem. It seems to me that we have so many ‘gods’ but when you look at the people that live out their faith completely you find that regardless of the faith the practice is the same.
For example look at the lives of Jesus, Gandhi, Mother Teresa, and the Dali Lama. Four people with four different views on what the creator is (I don’t think Jesus was a catholic). Yet when they lived their lives according to the way they felt their faith was directing them they ending leading similar lives. Its examples like this that make think that all theses gods and creeds are just different faces to the same god and different spins to the same creed.
