Did you know that angels helped Charles Lindbergh traverse the Atlantic?
"At times, voices come out of the air itself, clear yet far away, traveling through distances that cant be measured by the scale of human miles, familiar voices, conversing and advising on my flight, discussing problems of my navigation, reassuring me, giving me messages of importance unattainable in ordinary life.
Apparently in 1927 God (via the angels) decided to help Charles Lindbergh fly the Spirit of St. Louis to Paris.
I read about it here: http://www.beliefnet.com/frameset.asp?pageLoc=/story/115/story_11545_1.html&boardID=47119
I know the article's aim was to be uplifting, but I couldn't help feeling uneasy after reading it.
If angels aided Lindbergh in 1927, why could they not aid his baby boy five years later?
Where was his guardian angel?
