JWs forbidden to talk to the media

I seem to recall a letter to the congregations or a publication article that instructed JWs to not talk to the media. Instead, they are to direct all media to the publications.

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this?

The last I heard on the subject is about 2 years old. JW's were instructed to no longer run from cameras or to say "no comment" but to delay interviews and make an appointment for one at a future time.

This would allow the individual being interviewed by members of the media time to be coached as to how to answer possible questions or for someone else more qualified to be interviewed instead.

The Society realized how they were coming across in the past. It appeared they were being evasive or hiding things. Now they do interviews but only on their terms. They appear to be open and honest but have carefully prepared their comments and have approved the questions to be asked in advance so that they are in full control over how the public perceives them.
