I dont know who sam is, kind of a stage name to demonstrate the thoughts of a child I guess. do you know if there a copyright?

Yes, it's all copywritten, and the artist will sell you his art on T-shirts and so on. It is however free to browse and enjoy on his website.
I for one find it all quite hauntingly addictive, and some of it quite meaningful (to me).
