Joke.......from Jasper Carrott show last night.

I carn't rem exactly how it goes so I will have to add ,

It show how much people know about Jesus and how much the UK isn't a Christian country anymore.......

I was in a jewelers shop the other day and a young girl was asking what gold chains and pendants they sold.

The assistant asked what sort of pendant she would like. The girls decided on a cross and she was shown all of them by the assistant. The girls looked rather fed up because she had at that stage set her heart on a cross, and not been able to choose one she likes. The assistant askes her what was wrong, the girl replied......"the crosses are a bit plain aren't they"!.....The assistant asks "what do you mean"? The girl replies......."Don't you have any with the little man on"?

Right On, qwerty! The U.K. needs to start following the bible, just like Jesus wrote it.

Unfortunately its not so much a joke.

I have heard the same thing said in real life.

I was on holiday in Spain, sitting at a table outside a cafe. Next to the cafe was a stall selling religious objects, pictures, crosses, etc.

Two young ladies about 20-25 came to the stall and started looking at the items. One looking through the rosaries, suddenly exclaimed "Oh! This ones got a little man on it."

Real life you can't beat it for comedy.

You are so right! When I was in college we used to listen to this radio station (XERF) in Del Rio, Tx(transmitter was across the border in Mexico since it was so powerful as to be illegal in the U.S.). They advertised autographed pictures of Jesus Christ and genuine "simulated" diamonds. They did a great business. Who wouldn't want to have such valuable items?

The crosses with the " little man" on it are called crucifixes. They represent Jesus suffering and death before His resurrection. The crosses without the " little man" symbolize that He has been resurrected.
