Something's happened to my internet here. I seem to have to constantly hit my "refresh" button in order to get the latest up to date info on this board......I don't know why it's suddenly doing this.....does anyone have any idea what I can do so that it automatically updates?

Are you using Internet Explorer?
If so, check the browser refresh settings at: Tools / Internet Options / General / Settings.... Try "automatic" if it's not already set to that. If it is, you might try logging off and rebooting. Internet Explorer (the versions I have anyway) can get to acting strangely sometimes, restarting can cure weird problems....

Pages are set to cache to save a little on bandwith - they should update automatically within about a minute though.
If that isn't what's happening then you coudl also try clearing out your cache (same settings as above but chose "delete files")

Try holding down Shift and pressing F5 to refresh the page.

errr, no.
Hmmmmm.......I tried both suggestions but it's still not working.........anyone know what else it could be?
