The best darn tree I've ever seen

We put up our first xmas tree tonight and damn it looks awesome! I really should be hired out as a professional tree decorator or something. I mean this good on the first try!? LOL

Just kidding...it does look pretty awesome tho. Its got fiber optic tree branches ..very cool and I highly recommend it. No its not real but it looks darn cool.

And we bought lots of presents for my little boy which I'm sure he will looove even though he is unwilling to sit on the Santas lap and ask for them. lol

I hope some of the pics come out but I dont think they will do this tree justice. Its a reaaaaaally cool tree!

I too put up my first "christmas tree".... lol

Actually, not my first, but the first time in over 14 years - scarey thought - however, we have like NO money, so we went out into the woods and cut down a little three-foot tall sapling (not evergreen.... didn't want to have to buy one of those water thingies). We stuck it into a kittie litter container, wrapped that in a towel (a green one!) and stuck whatever we could find on to it. It's a humble tree, and I possess absolutely NO Martha Stewart genes, but it is so amazing to look at it with all of its lights on.....

flower, just got done putting up a tree here too. Didn't get a fiber optic this year, everything was picked over. We couldn't even find a multi colored light tree, so we bought one with the clear and added color lights. We added the colored glass balls and a glass star is at the top with lights in it. My sister gave me my first ornament (a moose) last but not least we hung candy canes.
