The jdubs say you should hate what it bad. the bOrg is a bad organization; therefore, one should hate it.
I believe anger is a natural emotion. Hatred is anger. Hatred is OK.

Hatred shown toward JWs is only going to convince them of what the cult has told them to expect of "apostates". JWs believe that anywhere outside the organization is evil. JWs believe that evil hates them because they have The Truth TM . If we hate them, they become convinced that we are evil and that we're persecuting or attacking them. If we hate them, we convince them even more that they have The Truth TM .
Hating the organization, its practices, its fraudulent behaviour, its misrepresentation of facts (lies?), and so on, has to be done on a very quiet level, and never ever shown to a true-blue JW, for those very reasons.
The way to win over JWs, IMO, is to beat them at their own game. They believe there's no people more LOVING than JWs, so you have to LOVE them more. JWs believe there's no people more HONEST than JWs, so you have to be HONEST in all your dealings with them. JWs believe that their spirituality is based on FACTS and LOGIC and REASONING, so you have to use FACTS and LOGIC and REASONING when you discuss beliefs. JWs believe that EMOTIONS are a sign of weakness when you are discussing religion, so you can't get all excited or EMOTIONAL when discussing JWs or the WTS with them - you have to stick with FACTS and LOGIC and REASONING. That's what makes the www.Quotes.JehovahsWitnesses.com website so fabulous - no emotion, no hatred, just honest and factual quotes from the WTS publications.
When (if) they see the WTS as a huge scam as a result of LOVING, HONEST, LOGICAL, FACTUAL, UNEMOTIONAL discussion with them, they will become angry and hate the organization for trifling with them and their lives for so long, all on their own.

I don't hate JWs. I hate the organiation that manipulates them. I hate the organization that protects pedophiles. I hate the organization that destroys families. It is evil and there is only one way to feel about that.

Scully, what you say is true, but I must admit I'm not capable of being nice to JW's.

I don't hate most of the JW's at all, in fact I still love the ones who won't look at me anymore.
I do hate, the WTBS for making all their petty man made rules that cost people their jobs, their families and their very lives.
I have personally watched JW believers, who were going thru hard times, ate up with guilt to the point of ending their lives. This is not forgivable because the WT refuses to take any bit of the blame for it.
I was reading in the Christain Freedom book, a letter a brother sent to the headquarters about his wife's suicide. He was saying she was feeling guilt over missisng meetings or the burden of it all and not living up to it. The WT turned the tables on him and insinuated that HE was to blame for his wife's death, more or less. That maybe it was something he was not doing for her. THere was no sympathy really in the reply to that brother, instead they preached at him and were upset at this man in mourning for his expressions of sorrow and even wanting help.
They turnly make me sick and yes I hate them for their part in my own mom's suicide, they threw her away knowing she was sick, and because of their rules,,,,,,, no one was allowed to go to her funeral out of respect. They continued to punish her and humiliate her even in death.
I have just learned to live with the anger and hurt and try not to let it consume my everyday life. That is all I can do for now.

I think most of us hate what the do and hate the way they hurt others but we don't hate them as such.
In fact, many people try desparately to help them in spite of the harsh treatment received in return. Real love and devotion IMHO.
We all need to scream sometimes though !
