PSYCHOLOGY TODAY recommends AWAKENING OF A JEHOVAH'S WITNESS

I was recently reading the December 2002 issue of the popular Psychology Today magazine, and noticed that Diane Wilson's book, Awakening of a Jehovah's Witness:Escape From the Watchtower Society received recognition as one of the season's most psychologically astute books! A recommendation as this from such a well-respected magazine is certainly noteworthy.

I found this book appeals not only to the scholarly among us, but also to those of us who just want to become spellbound reading a compelling story. Very easy reading. I also appreciated the author's sense of humor, which provided nice breaks to the more serious parts of the book. I heartily recommend Awakening of a JW!

The recommendation is well deserved.

I've read about 100 pages so far - and it's well written, middle of the road, understandable by jw's, & "worldly" people.

Btw, any who want can go to Amazon (most likely Barnes & Nobles, etc. too) and put up a critique of her book on that site.

I did.........but they limited me to 1000 words - and mine wasn't "middle of the road." Lol, I deleted it before sending, and then went for discreet.
