  BTW thank you for that post. I am so delighted you were able to bring your wife to freedom with you. As you have said it is very difficult even when you have a mate within whom you can confide. Must be hell on wheels on your own.

  OK. I am going to work on a post to lay it out.

  It is relatively simple, but you have to have both barrels loaded before you pull the trigger.

  In other words, you need to understand what you are talking about if you are going to be effective.

  Although it's not that difficult.
