I find the conversations here rather interesting and the members nice people to say the least. But i can't help thinking that if I was to spend as much time here as the revered posters evidently do wouldn't i be in breach of that wonderful axiom. " for the triumph of evil all that is needed is for good men to do nothing".
I mean really are we fulfilling our lives here or is it just ego food. Somebody please alleviate this guilt i have?
I think most folks here do this in their spare time. I dont see any difference, being here or watching TV
It would be a case of 'To each his/her own'.

Well, it probably is immoral to spend so much time here. Seems when I left the JW, I went overboard on everything,,,,,,,,,, but it was just part of the recovery process, learning to handle my free time and my own choices.
All the best things in life are either fattening or immoral,,,, oh well.
I do find that there are other things I dont do as much ,since I have been here, is reading books. But I have read alot of things here and do research here.
Thinking about it I work full time, have a family that I take care of, up at 7am on days off, help get 2 sons ready for school while wife goes to university on Tues & Thurs, take kids to and from school, go to college Tuesdays, hardly ever get on internet while family is in the house. Do a support outreach, make most of my posts while at work through the night or when family is out at school or where-ever and travel to and from Brummie land...not to mention being in between 2 houses while moving. Not bad saying I post so much huh.
Naah it aint immoral, its an escape.
