An interesting court case in Australia recently determined that material published on the Internet is Published in the location which it is viewed. So if you make statement in the USA that may be covered by freedom of speech in the USA may not be in Australia where it is read. You could be sued in Australia if you material is defamatory.

So be nice now or I'll sue your arsse off

Hippikon, you may sue me anytime and I will gladly pay the judgement. The only thing you could win and take over would be all my bills

Whoa back Hippikon. Since I don't own anything or have any money Downunder, which court system is going to be used to sue me, Australia, or the United States? Maybe tho, I may be compelled to go downunder and defend myself which would be paid for by the Aussie legal system and I could receive an all expense paid vacation to your country. Sue away pal.
