There's really no way you can do that. First they have to be "unhappy" or have lots of questions and come to you. That way, you have an opening. If you start chipping away at their belief system, they will panic, and it will be all the more difficult to reach them.
Best thing to do is lead your life in a happy and joyful way. It really does make people take notice. More than likely, they will be very curious as to how you can be this way, WITHOUT the WTBTS.

Try to plant seeds of doubt in their minds by asking subtle questions about contradictions in the WT liturature itself. Go to "Quotes" site to find some of these.

http://Quotes.JehovahsWitnesses.com/When you find them - show one or two at a time to your family members and simply ask "Why" these exist. Ask the question like it really bothers you to find these contradictions. Play innocent.
It will take time, but eventually they will have enough doubts built up in the subconscience to at least begin to question some things for themselves. It will be a snowball process - very slow but steadily growing.
