My greatest hope is that when Geoffrey was a youngun' that his Momma taught him to 'tell the truth'.
If Geoffrey does not tell the truth, my second great hope is that his Momma 'wallups him, but good'.
Here's hoping he doesn't 'crawfish' on the witness stand.
