I'm a pretty political person, I love watching current events, reading all sorts of newspapers and try to stay "on top of things" so it's no surprise that I talk about North Korea, and Iraq, and other national issues with my parents.
Although lately I have been biting my tongue. Anytime I mention anything, or there is a news story my parents give these long speeches about the King of the North and the King of the South, and how the UN is going to bring about the ruination of us all...but that's a good thing remember? YIPPEE DESTRUCTION! I know I can't wait!

Big deal. I heard all that crap in 1991 too. Armagedon, going into Babylon, going to re-up the draft and persecute JW men, etc, etc. Iraq using chemical, nuclear, biological weapons, etc. Whatever. 6 months of military buildup, 2 mins of 'war' and it was over. The JWs can have their little scare for the year, and in 3 years they'll be onto the next 'king of the north'.
