What's up? Don't let them kill your spirit, Golden Girl, that's what they would love!
I wish there was something I could do to help.

You guys must have read it before I deleted it. I felt like a whine baby..so I edited it out... They tried to downplay the incident today..and I let them. I didn't want to upset hubby. A lot happened today...but I can't talk about it..too much...things are quiet for now..my daughter was great!..She took them outside and talked to them..told them she was a very happy Catholic and she was staying that way. They said it was because her parents didn't raise her together in the "Truth".(Their one son is inactive and the other one has been disfellowshipped twice!....What Hypocrites!)She said she knew what she was doing..They shut up. All friendly. He also said.."You know the one thing you can do to make your Dad happy ...is for everyone to be in the "Truth" so we can all be together in paradise...that's when she told him No..that's not what he is thinking about....and I am a very happy Catholic..don't even go there!...She's such a good girl
After they left...A JW finally called and said he will be out to visit as soon as he can. And he would have some other "Brothers" stop by.( I won't hold my breath.) He didn't sound very friendly and hubby even noticed it.I guess they don't like to be called on their slipups!
Before the left I told his JW sister and brother in law that I was going to go to the assembly hall and talk to anyone that was working there.I wanted to know when they planned on visiting hubby.. I also told him it was right around the corner...funny part is..about half an hour after they left, the JW called!. I think they went right to the assembly hall and talked to them...good! Now I don't have too!.At least hubby will get what he needs. And they did remember to say a prayer this time..But I did notice when the brother in law asked for the family to be blessed ..he mentioned all their names but my daughters and mine!...I just bit my tongue! They held hands and stood in a circle around hubby.....my daughter and I were on the other side of the room.
Now the good news. The insurance just affirmed that he is covered for Hospice care. They are calling tomorrow to arrange for a valuation to see if he needs it yet...(He does!).I will be so happy to get help!..I'll probaby bawl the minute she walks in!!!!!
Our daughter hasn't seen him for a month. She had to have many tests and then the operation..when she walked in ..she started to cry and left the room..she was shocked at how much he had changed ..I told her I cry in littlespurts to relieve pressure!. ....She said the grandkids still want to see him!..No matter how he looks...
I really love her!
Snoozy....(Thanks for replying to my edited message...
