do you guys see any chance that the WT will dissolve within the next 50 years? in my opinion this cult will never die...they will always find credulous and desperate people that will follow them....and the people already in won't leave either (with a few exceptions of course).
What do you think?
As long as they make money $$$$$, they will survive. Take away the profits (prophets), and they will die.

Pardon my French, but that's total bulls*it. All the top dogs are 'profiting'. We all know how 'Brother Bethel' is treated when traveling, and that goes double for 'Brother Governing Body'. They have an e ntourage floowing them treating them like gods, the green handshakes, the 5 star hotels and first class travel. They may not have fancy cars and such (although some of them DO), but they have their own old man's retreat in Patterson now. But mainly they enjoy daily affirmations from hundreds of people that they are the greatest, most powerful, most 'godly' people on the planet. How that translates to 'not profiting' I don't know!

with that i agree! but that is not monetary profit.
of the billions of $ taken in by the WT only a rediculously small amount is spent on the GB guys.
in any decent religion there would be a couple of guys who build themselves palaces at the most beautiful spots on this planet. the GB guys totally miss out on that!
