If you haven't already viewed the thread re: 'making contact', it states that you can get my number from hawkaw via phone only. Do not request it per email.
My phone co. has put a limit on my calls out.
So much korruption, so much to accomplish in getting out 'The Truth About The Truth'...seems the phone bills is incidental. Plus, I've made some solid 'relations' in the past months that could only result from such communications. [For those who do have my number, and have the time to do so, please do not hestitate to 'keep me posted' on 'things' from time to time until I do indeed get a 'new system'...plus i love the company].
Anyhoot, I only get to the library a few times a week now (offline projects) and will hopefully get a call from you soon.
By the way, what IS the best way to shop for a quality used computer system? What do I look for and what do I decline?
Find the nearest Computer Renaissance store around you. They sell rebuilt computers under their own house label. Good deals, too. I've purchased one desktop and two portables from them.
Of course you can purchase a Dell and if your credit is good, you can pay only like $25.00 a month for it on a three year lease. That's how I got my last one, the one I'm on now. And it's a screamer 1.7 GHz, 40 GB drive, DVD player, etc.
I just trudged in the door at 9pm CST. My ass is dragging so bad that I dont expect it to get here for another thirty minutes!
Im not able to contact my ole bud Hawk during the day like I used to. I want to talk to you two badly. Since your 'puter is on the fritz, maybe I can call Hawk on the weekend. Hey old buddy, I promise not to hound you day and night! That way I can get your phone number, dearest. Would that be OK?
Youuuuuu whoooooooo, here I am. Only have a few minutes left here @library.
Dino, yes, hawk will give you the number per phone. Do not put it in an email!
I just talked to my attorney today. I will fill you in, then you can perhaps fill hawk in. Perhaps I should stay quite on all this for now. Yes. Silence! hahahaha
Seriously though, things are in motion and are in good hands.
Venice, call me!! I was just thinking of you today. I'm on my way home now.
