Just wanted to invite everyone for dinner. My deep freezer decided to shut down on me again. Happens about once a year. We lose alot of food, unplug it a few days plug it back in and it works for another year. If I cook everything I can refreeze it (most was too thawed to refreeze). I'm so sad. But you are all invited. You name it, we got it. NO HAGGIS!
Supper at my house EVERYONE!

Contrary to directions on packages, stuff that has thawed can be safely refrozen again, without any poisoning dangers. The reason for the package warnings is because flavor is lost in the process. Check it out. BTW, got any roast pork??

Thanks SS, I have a big tray of Stouffers Lasagna, in line to be cooked. It totally thawed but in the fridge. I can refreeze it? My little freezer up stairs is getting mighty full. Where is that -10 degrees we had a couple days ago? It's 36 out there now, when I could use some extra freezer space. I have two roasts in the oven now (No pork roast) got chops though. Got chichen breasts. Yep, B.Y.O.Beer, Got some JIM BEAM though.
