PHARISEES!
I don't think that is his signature. I have validated over 100,000 signatures in my lifetime and that is a male script. I could be wrong but I doubt it.
I wonder if the ARC realizes that the WTS would use the same process in regards to a murderer (alleged) in their midst?

This is not an amendment, nothing has been changed.
This is an additional statement by Jackson, submitted after he gave testimony, to give clarification to key points.

I have a question for any who have any original greek knowledge, or if you have access to literal translations.
On point 8 of his statement he refers to James 5:14-16 where it talks about "if any are sick among you" and states this is spiritual sickness, not literal sickness. Now I recall a long, long time ago that the original greek actually refers to literal sickness, and the secondary point of "Also if he has committed sins, it will be forgiven" is almost an afterthought.
I've also heard this scripture used by elduhs being used to defend the JC process, which if the original language refers to being physically sick, renders that argument false.
Also no oil was ever rubbed on any heads in any JCs I was a part of, so they are skipping a step

I too understand it to mean literal sickness. I depart from the fact that If I am to believe in a superior, all loving, all knowing God who left behind scriptures for me to follow, with no other means of knowing he exists, then it must be easy to understand. I should not need a PHD in linguistics in order to understand what this God wants.
While one could say that the spiritual application is valid, is still referred to healing, not judging.

LostGeneration - it can mean both as its literal meaning is 'to save'. But the sense of the verse implies a physical sickness, or else why mention sin as a possibility too, as you say. The Greek word is sosei, and is used also for Christ healing people of illness. Contextually, you have to be reading James with tinted glasses to take the meaning as not being similar to eg Matthew 9 (NWT version), have bolded where the same word is used.
Then Jesus got up and, with his disciples, followed him.20 And look! a woman suffering for 12 years from a flow of blood+ approached from behind and touched the fringe of his outer garment,+ 21 for she kept saying to herself: “If I only touch his outer garment, I will get well.” 22 Jesus turned around and, noticing her, said: “Take courage, daughter! Your faith has made you well.”+ And from that hour the woman was made well
