I Haven't seen any Jws in years. I visited a family and the guys all had beards. Like WTF a while back I remembered you got disfellowshipped and guess you would get destroyed . I just had to rant sorry

Permission was given. And the men went overboard acting on it. Women pant suits too, except on stage. Ties and jackets off with the same exception.
The announcement was to keep your yap shut. Now I hear the "neatly trimmed modest" mantra which was not decreed.
