Elon Musk uses the expression "anointed class"

In the recent BBC interview, about 40 minutes in, Elon Musk uses the term "anointed class". Is that expression used anywhere but in JW theology? I googled (actually duckduckgo!) it and asked chatbot and couldn't really find anything but JW stuff. Strange to hear the expression! I'm sure he has no connection to JWs.

Perhaps Elon used the term "anointed class" in mockery of the mainstream media.
