w13 7/15 p. 20 “Who Really Is the Faithful and Discreet Slave?” revealed it was a bunch of guys in New York, back in 1919.

The apostle Paul must have been UN-inspired when he wrote this back in the 1st century:

(1 Corinthians 4:1, 2) “A man should regard us [all Christians/Paul, Apollos & Peter?] as attendants of Christ and stewards of God’s sacred secrets. In this regard, what is expected of stewards is that they be found faithful.”

(Luke 12:42) "And the Lord said: “Who really is the faithful steward, the discreet one,..."

They will tell you that the New Testament is speaking to anointed Christians. With a heavenly hope. So the GB claims to be from the anointed class so they can claim that they are the faithful and discreet slave.

Jesus chose his Faithful Slave in 1919 according to scripture. Christians down through the centuries were wondering when the Faithful Slave would be selected and who it would be. Many false guesses were made. Finally in 2012 the Governing Body realized the fact that it was them and that all their presidents and directors since 1919 were also selected and given the unique ability to understand the scriptures and the mandate to teach Bible truths to mankind.

It's all in the Bible so everyone should be able to recognize the Faithful Slave and if they do not, they will be destroyed at Armageddon whether they believe in the Bible and in Jesus or not. The critical fact in salvation is recognizing the Faithful Slave and following His directions even when they make no sense. Eternal life depends on it.

Aww shuck. The "faithful slave" in 1957 declared that every Christian was a faithful steward!!!!!

w57 4/1 p. 221 par. 21 The Christian’s Responsibility Toward Others - The “other sheep” are coming in like flocks of doves. Who is going to help them? There is one answer: We are, under the direction of the King. There is a great work to be done and we have been given the trust. Let us show we are stewards worthy of it. Our actions will speak, telling what we are doing. “Let a man so appraise us as being subordinates of Christ and stewards of sacred secrets of God.....what is looked for in stewards is for a man to be found faithful.”- Cor. 4:1, 2

That light just gets brighter and brighter. What they thought they saw was one man, then ten thousand or so, including females but more recently, just eight men. It's hard to figure out what they've really been looking at.

The GB says the light of understanding keeps getting brighter. But I think it's about time someone pointed out that they forgot to turn it on.

That use to be the Watchtower dogma. Now the Watchtower excludes all Annointed ones on Earth and names only the members of the Governing Body as the faith slave.

Throughout the ages, BILLIONS of people have read the Bible, and failed to recognize that it was all leading to 8 men living in New York. They also missed the most obvious: THE BIBLE IS WRITTEN FOR JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES.

Yes, JW's are at the center of every prophetic utterance - didn't you know that?!

When I realized that they were saying that, I began to suspect that they were nutty narcisists and I was embarassed. Coinciding with that revelation, I also was told that the Christian Greek scriptures were written exclusively for the annointed (numbering about 12,000 at that time). I asked if I should bother reading it since I hoped to be of the Great Crowd. This seemed to stump my elders - no reply other than that they contained the gospel accounts which told me about Jesus.

I have seen nutty religions but JW's have the Gold Medal for crazy.
