It was worked out that us in England pay before it rises the equiv to $8 a gallon !!!!

I can't be the only person who thinks the 9/10th of a cent tacked at the end is a complete joke! Why can't they just use whole cents? Of course, then they'd have to start rounding up the 99 cents things to $1 even. Come on, instead of $4.99, why not just say $5?
I love Australia where everything is rounded up or down to the nearest nickel and they have no pennies. :)
