  The WTS has gone through this when they expanded at Wallkill (Dutchess County is one of the poorest counties in NY state) and at Patterson. The WTS in the past has made some financial concessions to keep goodwill in the neighborhood. But considering how much tighter money is now, they may not be able to do so. If this were an assembly hall which brought in jw money for hotels, gas, restaurants, it might be different.
