Just wanted to ask if anyone has found any glaring changes to the pre- 2000 WT or awake articles that have been put online compared to the original issues?

Who created a programme with which it is possible to compare the versions of Watchtower DVD editions? one year ago disussed here.?
intellectual honesty is not one of watchtowers best attributes. I am sure they altered stuff.
They changed the January 1 1989 wt when it was reprinted in the bound volume so yeah I wouldn’t put it past them.
I was reading the question from readers section... man at least it was really questions from readers. Today is "questions completely unimportant that happens to be the only one that the GB is ok showing they are not sure"
Absolutely, it's a very Orwellian religion. Cedars has pointed out several instances now of ommissions and alterations some of his vids. Couldn't tell what they were and what vids though sorry.
Lets start checking out all the well known references where they shoot themselves in the foot.
How about the "Live forever book" where it states the generation teaching.
Or the 1968 Awake?
Thanks for the replies. :)
I did a little bit of digging myself although I don't own any original bound volumes anymore.
I started with this website and looked for anything relating to 'generation' that has been posted and commented on using pre 2000 WT as a reference.
It looked to me like the originals had not been altered (yet) regarding this particular topic. But it was a small sample size as I only referenced a handful of articles on the topic.
Like the Reasoning book, which is still available on JW org, the pre 2000 WT's that I researched, notably, the 1984 WT - the generation that will not pass away', still maintain that 'the generation' are the group of people alive in 1914 that will not pass away before Armageddon.
So, officially, as of this date, the org is promoting 2 different doctrines on the same subject. I don't really think any reasonable person would call that being 'faithful', or 'discreet'.
The only change I have found so far is changing any references from "generation" to "overlapping generation."
