Hello gda. Doesn't surprise me to hear that this happened.
Since you're aware of it firsthand and I'm assuming it's in New York Bethel, the National Center On Elder Abuse would be a good place to start. By the way, when did you witness this abuse/neglect of the these JW elderly (month or year)...if you don't mind?

He never addressed if this was standard operating procedure or a one time event that someone missed their shift. -

Curious how many "patients" are there? Are they incontinent? Any of them diagnosis with dementia? Does the society get reimburse by Medicare/Medicaid and if so then they would be accountable to CMS. Lot's of unknown. -
