  Hi everyone,

  We read the "Articles of Association and bylaws - 2020"

  Here in Italy, an anonymous claims that this is a message that WT sends periodically to very old congregations. These congregations have their property and didn't accept the Rutherford's resolutions about the choice of the elders.

  He tells that they follow the doctrines but refuse the authority around organisational aspects.

  Is it true?

  Are in USA these particular congregations?

  Another claims that this secular congregations have also some WT shares...

  If it's true, then we have two types of brothers and sounds strange.

  this letter covers only old congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses dating back to the 1800s and early 1900s. They are reported to be congregations with special status. The governing body tries to have the property surrendered every year, but these congregations do not yield. This is what is said among the Bethelites.
