Heaven a place of peace and santuary ?

  For those Jehovah`s Witnesses that beleive heaven is a spiritual paradise ,think about this.

  Rev.12: 7-9

  And as a sub thought ,If GOD was indeed a GOD of love ,why would he cast Satan down to the Earth to mislead deceive and harm GOD`s children ?

  No human parent would do such a thing to their children ,so why would a GOD who is supposed to be a GOD of love do so ?
