One of the most disturbing aspects of the recent cut backs is the big brother communist undemocratic aspect to it.
In China in the fifties untold millions died of starvation when on a whim the “Great Leap Forward” made the economy do a “u turn”. Anyone who objected even slightly was in big deep trouble. This is what occurs when there is no opposition allowed.
I see a parallel with the current decision making process at Chariot HQ.
The ideas are thrown out there and executed without any reference to those whose lives are affected. There is no negotiation, on one considers any sort of protest. There are no strikes to protect those thrown into the street. The rule of fear means that everyone just takes it.
The requirement for absolute obedience and silence of any contrary opinions seems to me to be unhealthy and dangerous.
What say you?
