An anti-nepotism law enacted in 1967 prevents public officials, including the president, from appointing any relative to head an executive agency.
Trump’s transition team has floated his son Donald Trump Jr. as a potential head of the Department of Interior, according to media reports.

Keep in mind, that law is a reaction to JFK's appointment of his brother as AG in 1961. I was very young, but I can remember the controversy about it.

I think it's more likely that his sons would run his real estate business

And his sons-in-law too. Jared seems very clever when buying some JW.Org properties. He should buy them all.

Yeah hiring his family sounds dodgy to me.
I wondered if he would hire Alec Baldwin as his body double.

The one that scares me is Dr. Ben Carson as Sec. of Education.
Quotes:
“ObamaCare is the worst thing that has happened in this nation since slavery.”
- So trying to provide healthcare to everyone is worse than world wars, 9/1, and the Civil War and nearly as bad as slavery.“Why did evolution divert in so many directions — birds, fish, elephants, apes, humans — if there is some force evolving to the maximum? Why isn’t everything a human — a superior human?”
On Twitter: “Amateurs built the Ark, professionals built the Titanic.”

It looks to me like the Chief of Staff is not a Cabinet position although it is very "Cabinet like" in appearance and description.
