Next month begins the new service year (2019), a month of "excitement" for JWs as they await circuit assemblies, annual meeting, new circuit overseer talks etc... roughly translated to "more of the same".
Just curious as to whether the talk outlines for the two 2019 circuit assemblies are available in English/Spanish yet. I've not been able to find any online. (Themes: "Be Bold" and "Be Strong".)
Maybe WT are clamping down on their leaks in the higher ranks and they are not even available now.
