J.W. Elders are anti-Christs!

  "But if you were to cover up the wrongdoing, you would be disloyal to God........Urge your friend or relative to seek the help of the elders. If he or she does not do so within a reasonable period of time, loyalty to God should move you to report the matter to the elders. Read Leviticus 5:1 (but do not apply this scripture to J.W. paedophiles!)

  Matthew 18:15-17 "Moreover, if your brother commits a sin, go and reveal his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. But if he does not listen, take along with you one or two more, so that on the testimony of two or three witnesses [witnesses of the sin itself - not witnesses of the accusation of it] every matter may be established. If he does not listen to them, speak to the congregation. If he does not listen even to the congregation, let him be to you just as a man of the nations and as a tax collector."

  Nowhere does Jesus mention elders or judicial committees! This corrupt, unscriptural, and evil practice which was created by the WTBTS to exert more control over J.W.'s lives - and is executed by its "appointed men" - deliberately opposes & perverts Jesus' words, thereby rendering all participants in the procedure as anti-Christs.

  And you notice the "two or three" are "witnesses"in other words anybody is competant to be a "witness "(as you correctly point out to the sin itself)NOT elders.

  Then to go to the "congregation"to put forward your grievence - in other words heard in public and it does NOT give anyone type of person MORE POWER or SWAY in the DECISION MAKING PROCESS ie judicial commitees are not scriptually sanctioned in fact these factors point to them being enphatically unChristian as held

  Go first to your brother and practise christian forgiveness

  Wrong Giving Elders the final say not congregation

  Witnesses must be to the sin not accusation

  sex crimes are not included in 2/3 witness rule

  Finally with no resolution, be as tax collectors - for whom Jesus still showed love

  At the Australian Commission they insisted that bible principles about not revealing confidential talk forbade them from going the police without the consent of the victim.

  But here we see that JWs are threatened to reveal the confidential talk of a friend to the elders if they confess wrongdoing to you.

  I remember a similar article in the 80s called "Do not become a sharer in the sins of others"
